Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum Session Held at Rubber Park
Rubber Park, February 29, 2024 – On February 29, 2024, Rubber Park held a session of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) to address consumer concerns and grievances regarding its services.
Prior to the session, Rubber Park distributed circulars to consumers, informing them about the event and inviting their participation. The circulars included comprehensive details about the time, date, and location of the hearing, and encouraged consumers to attend and share their grievances.
Unfortunately, no consumers attended the hearing. As a result, no complaints were lodged or addressed during this session.
